It also seeks to promote cooperation between States Parties and regional and international organisations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In accordance with Article 49, <strong>the Charter shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the deposit of the fifteenth (15th) instrument of ratification<\/strong>. Upon its entry into force, this Charter shall replace the 1994 <a href=\"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/African-Maritime-Transport-Charter.pdf\">African Maritime
