The Secretary General of the Maritime Organization of West and Central Africa (MOWCA), His Excellency Dr. Paul Adalikwu was in attendance at the 31st Board of Governors (BOG) of the Regional Maritime University (RMU) held at the auditorium of the University in Accra Ghana from 25-30 June, 2024.<\/p>\n

The Board of Governors meeting which was preceded by the Committee of Experts meeting held from 25-27 of June witnessed the handing\/taking over ceremonies from HE Ebrima Sillah, Honourable Minister of Transport, Works and Infrastructure of The Gambia to HE, Honourable Minister of Transport and Aviation of the Republic of Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n

During the event, far reaching discussions were reached on the challenges faced by the university, steps taken to ameliorate them and pledges of continuous commitments to the growth of the University to attain its global standard in the provision of maritime education and training among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
