Obtaining this triple certification testifies to B\u00e9nin Terminal&#8217;s commitment to the Port of Cotonou, the Beninese government and its customers, partners, employees, suppliers, shareholders, etc. to comply with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements in terms of quality, environment and safety. It also reflects the company&#8217;s commitment to continuous improvement in its performance and competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This certification also highlights the professionalism and involvement of B\u00e9nin Terminal&#8217;s employees, who are at the heart of its strategy. It underlines the permanent involvement of the General Management and all the employees of B\u00e9nin Terminal in a common objective of sustainable development and performance around three axes: actively listening to customers and other stakeholders, optimising processes and methods, and seeking performance through continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fabrice Ture, Managing Director of B\u00e9nin Terminal, expressed his pride: &#8220;We are very proud to have obtained this triple certification for several reasons: it rewards the work and commitment of all our employees, it enhances our approach to social and environmental responsibility, and it strengthens our know-how and expertise for the benefit of all our customers and users. These three standards, obtained simultaneously by B\u00e9nin Terminal, confirm the port platform&#8217;s commitment to sustainable development.
