Under the leadership of the President of the Transition, Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, the Minister of Transport, Captain Dieudonn\u00e9 Lo\u00efc Ndinga Moudouma, held talks with the heads of the CHECH and Gabon Mining companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main aim of these discussions was to finalise an agreement for the construction of the river ports of Ndjol\u00e9 and Lambar\u00e9n\u00e9, and to improve the navigability of the River Ogoou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This ambitious project aims to facilitate the transport of manganese mined in the Ndjol\u00e9 region to Port-Gentil, where a deep-water mineral port will be built.
