The port tractors, designed to move loads of up to 75 tons, are equipped with ergonomic and air-conditioned cabins to ensure comfort and safety for their operators. The forklift, on the other hand, will allow up to six empty containers to be stacked, thus optimising space and increasing the volumes handled at the terminal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab This investment is part of our modernization program aimed at strengthening the capacities of the Port of Cotonou, while pursuing our quest for operational excellence in the service of our customers. We are also committed to reducing our environmental footprint, in line with the Green Terminal label obtained by the company \u00bb Fabrice TURE, Managing Director of Benin Terminal<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This new low-carbon footprint equipment will improve the performance of the terminal and directly benefit all players in the supply chain, whether importers, exporters or partners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With these acquisitions, Benin Terminal now increases its fleet to 45 port tractors and five 16-ton forklifts, confirming its key role in
