Neto Zarzar Lighe Sr. These measures are designed to enhance the efficiency, integrity, and professionalism of the Authority while ensuring that Liberia\u2019s maritime sector meets the highest international standards.<\/p>\n

A central pillar of these reforms is the implementation of merit-based recruitment policies, a move designed to ensure that only individuals with the requisite knowledge, expertise, and technical competence are considered for employment.
