He held the position of Director for Strategies from 2017 till his new appointment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As Principal Secretary, he will now oversee the strategic coordination and development of the country\u2019s ports, aviation, and marine sectors; all critical pillars for economic growth and international trade. He brings a wealth of experience from the public sector to his new role.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both the Chairman of the SPA Board, Mr. Brian Loveday, and the Chief Executive of SPA, Mr. Sony Payet, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Bianchi on his well-deserved appointment, commending his unwavering commitment towards SPA during his tenure and wished him the best in this new chapter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also present during the short ceremony, were other SPA board members, the Deputy CEO, Harbour Master, Special Advisor to the CEO, management and other staff of SPA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Bianchi will officially assume office on Tuesday 15th April.
