Britain and Northern Ireland<\/li>\n<li>United States of America<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Category (b): 10 States with the largest interest in international seaborne trade:\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Australia<\/li>\n<li>Brazil<\/li>\n<li>Canada<\/li>\n<li>France<\/li>\n<li>Germany<\/li>\n<li>India<\/li>\n<li>Netherlands (Kingdom of the)<\/li>\n<li>Spain<\/li>\n<li>Sweden<\/li>\n<li>United Arab Emirates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Category (c): 20 States not elected under (a) or (b) above, which have special interests in maritime transport or navigation and whose election to the Council will ensure the representation of all major geographic areas of the
