This major scientific and professional event confirmed the strategic role of logistics in territorial, economic, and sustainable development dynamics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"960\">Held under the theme <strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"785\">\u201cRethinking the Supply Chain: Sustainability and Operational Efficiency,\u201d<\/strong> this edition brought together public decision-makers, academics, professionals, national and international experts, as well as a strong mobilization of the student community.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1000\"><strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1000\">A Strong Institutional Opening<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1191\">The opening ceremony was marked by the presence of high-level personalities, reflecting the growing interest in logistics as a lever for national transformation. Notable attendees included:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1802\">\n<li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1293\">\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1293\">Mr. Abdelaali Kaaouachi, Director of the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) Oujda<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1385\">\n<p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1385\">Mr. Mhamed Atfaoui, Wali of the Oriental Region, Governor of the Oujda-Angad Prefecture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1447\">\n<p data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1447\">Mr. Mohamed Bouarourou, President of the Regional Council<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1523\">\n<p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1523\">Mr. Mohamed Mbarki, Director General of the Oriental Development Agency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1584\">\n<p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1584\">Mr. Nabil Hamnich, Regional Directorate of AL BARID BANK<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1659\">\n<p data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1659\">Mr. Yassine Zarhloule, President of Mohammed First University of Oujda<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1802\">\n<p data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1802\">Ms. Lydie Ekambi, Representative of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to the Kingdom of Morocco<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"2398\">In her opening address, <strong data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1855\">Ms. Rhizlane Benrezzouq<\/strong>, Professor of Higher Education at ENCG Oujda, President of the Moroccan Association of Logistics and Transport (AMLT), and organizer of the congress, emphasized that logistics lies at the heart of the Kingdom\u2019s National Project. She recalled that this sector is a true engine of development for the Oriental region and fully aligns with the State\u2019s strategic orientations toward a fairer, more attractive, and more integrated Morocco. According to her, the chosen theme is neither theoretical nor circumstantial, but fundamentally structural.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2455\"><strong data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2455\">Logistics as a Tool for Territorial Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2604\">In his speech, <strong data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2494\">Mr. Mohamed Mbarki<\/strong> invited specialists and decision-makers to position logistics as a central pillar of territorial development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2961\">For his part, <strong data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2651\">Professor Abdesslam Chraibi<\/strong>, Professor at ENCG Tangier and Director of the CED at Abdelmalek Essaadi University, recalled that the primary objective of the ILC is to strengthen cooperation between academics, professionals, operators, and logistics stakeholders in order to collectively address current and future supply chain challenges.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3021\"><strong data-start=\"2967\" data-end=\"3021\">Rich Themes at the Crossroads of Global Challenges<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3172\">Over the two days, numerous high-level presentations were delivered by national and international speakers from diverse disciplines. Their active involvement in debates and workshops highlighted the growing interest of young people in logistics and sustainable supply chain careers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5312\" data-end=\"5632\"><a
