It represents a major opportunity for the creation of skilled jobs while fostering the development and strengthening of the competencies of Congolese technicians in a high value-added field: ship repair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1557\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Beyond its social and economic impact, this initiative also contributes to enhancing the strategic capacity and competitiveness of the Port of Pointe-Noire, which is set to play an even more central role in maritime trade within the sub-region. By equipping itself with specialized infrastructure and services, the port further consolidates its position as a key maritime hub in Central
