They examined the development\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">of\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"none\">Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">\u00a0to set<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">the alert levels required by<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">the\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">(<\/span><\/span><a
