El Max, Gargoub, Bernees and Taba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also Egypt had international classifications where East Port Said had ranked third internationally and first regionally in World Bank CPPI 2024, and 53 place amongst best 100 container port in (Lloyds List) for the year 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damietta port comes amongst Top 20 CPPI 2024, and ranked tenth internationally in annual improvement and development , whereas Alex port came in 90 place amongst TOP 100 port for the year2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, Sukhna port has achieved a record in Guinness Book of Records being the deepest industrial dock of 19 m depth. And is now being prepared for a new record of longest berths of total 18km. Also Abu Qir port being deepest port on the Mediterranean of depth 22m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transport ministry strategy to develop maritime transport and logistics sector includes many aspects: first developing maritime ports; especially ports\u2019 infra-structure, then comes new terminals and berths through planning for the establishment of berths and terminals of length 70km and depth 18-25m , where the Egyptian ports have received 1.6 milliard cargo ton and 72 million container during the period (2015\u20132024) and in the year 2024 ,210 million cargo ton and 9 million container amongst which 5 million transit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, breakwaters have been established of length 35km in Alexandria, Damietta, Arish and Gargoub, in addition to the navigational channels up to 18-25m, also 21 drowned vessels has been elevated at Alex port .
