It focuses on supporting safe navigation, enhancing situational awareness, and improving decision-making during maritime operations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delivering the opening address, the Commanding Officer of SMOPS, Naval Captain Michael Cudjoe, warmly welcomed all participants. He emphasised the critical role of radar expertise in modern naval operations and the need for operational safety at sea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, He urged trainees to approach the course with utmost seriousness, discipline, and active engagement. He highlighted that the skills acquired will directly contribute to greater accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness in the Ghana Navy maritime missions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This training initiative forms part of SMOPS\u2019 ongoing commitment to building professional competence and sustaining high operational standards within the Ghana Navy.
