He expressed confidence in his successor\u2019s ability to drive continued progress within the Ghana Navy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He highlighted that Naval Captain Akotey brings renewed energy, strong professional expertise, and enhanced capacity to advance key policy and planning initiatives for the service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his acceptance remarks, Naval Captain Douglas Akotey expressed deep appreciation to the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing, for the trust and confidence reposed in him.
