To date, she is the only Seychellois woman to have attended the World Maritime University .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having served in various senior positions over the years, Ms. Nibourette brings with her extensive experience, both in the public and private sectors. She has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic management capabilities, as well as a firm commitment to public service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has served in several senior leadership roles, including Legal Officer in the Land Transport Department and Senior Registration Officer with the Seychelles Maritime Safety Administration. She also served as Project Manager with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where she managed the Joint Management Area Stand-Alone Project on behalf of Seychelles and Mauritius. In addition, she held the position of Principal Maritime Officer in the Blue Economy Department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prior to her appointment, Ms. Nibourette occupied the post of Chief Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Transport, Port &amp;
