The pre-qualification process is set to be completed by 07th August 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting provided clarification on the tender requirements, ensuring the tender process is conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with established procurement procedures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting this morning was led by the Chief Executive Officer of SPA, Mr Pierre Prosper, together with members of SPA&#8217;s executive management who are part of the project team.
