sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Maritime Organization of West and Central Africa (MOWCA) has issued a Call for Expressions of Interest for the recruitment of an Individual Consultant who will serve as Technical Assistant under a regional project financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This initiative forms part of an AfDB-funded project aimed at conducting a regional assessment of ship repair, maintenance and recycling infrastructure, dry dock facilities, and related maritime services across West and Central Africa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The selected consultant will provide technical support for the implementation of the project and assist MOWCA in carrying out the procurement activities required for its successful execution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested candidates are invited to consult the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Drydock-_-Terms-of-Reference-_-Technical-Assistant-_-final-9July26.pdf\">Terms of Reference<\/a><\/strong> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Drydock-_-Procurement-Notice-_-Technical-Assistant-_-final-9July26.pdf\"><strong>Procurement Notice<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0made available by MOWCA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applications must be submitted to the MOWCA General Secretariat no later than <strong>Friday, 31 July 2026, at 16:30 GMT<\/strong>, by email
