The occupants abandoned the canoe and swam away after spotting the naval team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u200eA search conducted on the canoe used for the operation uncovered 59 sacks of marijuana, 24 containers of 25-litre fuel, two 40-horsepower outboard motors, a Tecno mobile phone, a Voter&#8217;s ID card.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u200eThe Ghana Navy subsequently handed over the seized items to the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) for further investigations.
