Addressing process owners, he encouraged them to move beyond regulatory compliance and adopt a stronger risk anticipation approach:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOur management system must evolve from a predominantly corrective approach to a preventive and predictive one, capable of identifying, monitoring and analysing the weak signals that may indicate emerging risks.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This strategic vision represents a significant milestone in positioning the PASP\u2019s management system as a key driver of resilience, operational excellence and long-term competitiveness in response to global environmental and logistics challenges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the close of the audit mission, the Director General commended the commitment, discipline, continuous dedication and professionalism demonstrated by all teams and process owners. He also reaffirmed his ambition to firmly establish the Port Autonome de San Pedro as a regional benchmark for quality, safety, environmental compliance and sustainable performance.<\/p>\n<p
