The IOI Ocean Academy has been endorsed as a Decade Action of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In accordance with the mission of the IOI Ocean Academy, the courses provided for the IOI Ocean Academy (Morocco) are designed and developed with the aim of initiating and strengthening awareness and education about the ocean, by providing a better understanding of ocean-related issues. They address specific international and regional themes related to West Africa and national themes on the ocean.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"cc-m-15069049923\" class=\"j-module n j-header \">\n<h3 id=\"cc-m-header-15069049923\" class=\"\">IOI Ocean Academy Description<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cc-m-15069050023\" class=\"j-module n j-text \">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main objective of the IOI Ocean Academy is to increase ocean literacy in local communities by offering free-of-charge dedicated online courses on ocean awareness in local languages and created and delivered by local experts.
