She stressed that the effective implementation of the MLC, 2006, requires shared responsibility, strong institutional coordination, and sustained commitment from all stakeholders in the maritime industry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, Ms. Caroline Khamati Mugalla, Director of the ILO Country Office, emphasized the importance of cooperation among the Government, employers, and workers in promoting decent work in the maritime sector.
