{"id":4323,"date":"2020-08-11T12:02:16","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T11:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/?p=4323"},"modified":"2020-08-11T12:02:16","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T11:02:16","slug":"welcoming-ceremony-of-new-generation-ships-at-the-port-of-cotonou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/en\/welcoming-ceremony-of-new-generation-ships-at-the-port-of-cotonou\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcoming ceremony of new generation ships at the Port of Cotonou"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yesterday Monday, August 10, 2020, took place on the container terminal of Benin Terminals, the ceremony marking the reception of new generation ships at the Port of Cotonou.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG-20200810-WA0001.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4324 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/maritimafrica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG-20200810-WA0001-146x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"146\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u201cOver the past two years, the partnership between the Government of Benin and the PAI has enabled important work to be carried out to facilitate the docking of large vessels at the Port of Cotonou. The ambition today is to continue the major projects to make Cotonou the business center of the sub-region with a logistics area with a special customs regime and related services that will facilitate trade.
