Yet illegal fishing, smuggling, trafficking and environmental changes could disrupt maritime infrastructure and economies, as well as human security.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Southern African Development Community (SADC) has taken a proactive approach with the development of an Integrated Maritime Security Strategy.
