Council (CGC) signed a partnership agreement on Thursday 22 September 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This partnership is part of a shared vision concerning the exchange of information relating to the entry and exit movements of containers in the Owendo port container terminal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The signing of this contract between Mr. Pierre Mo\u00efse MBA, General Manager of the Gabonese Shippers&#8217; Council and Mr. Laurent GOUTARD, General Manager of Owendo Container Terminal, took place at OCT&#8217;s head office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During his speech, Mr. Pierre Mo\u00efse MBA, Director General of the Gabonese Shippers&#8217;
