NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION DEADLINE – PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP TENDER DOSSIER

Reference: Procurement File No. CP/01/2025 relating to the Public-Private Partnership Contract for the takeover, rehabilitation, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Dakar shipyards, published on August 19, 2025.

The deadline for submission of bids, initially set for October 9, 2025, has been extended to November 5, 2025, at exactly 11:00 a.m. GMT.

Please note that this extension has been formalized through an amendment to the RFP (Addendum No. 1), which has been notified to the prequalified candidates and may be consulted free of charge by any prequalified candidate at the headquarters of SIRN.
