Guinea: Port Autonome de Conakry Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Port Autonome de Conakry (PAC) officially received its ISO 9001:2015 certification on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The certificate, issued by CERTI-TRUST, was presented during a ceremony held at the Palme Camayenne Hotel in the presence of port authorities and distinguished guests.

This certification recognizes the modernization efforts undertaken by the Port Autonome de Conakry since September 2025 under the leadership of its Director General, Mr. Aly Koïta. It reflects the port’s commitment to improving the quality of its services and implementing management practices that meet international standards.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification marks a significant milestone in the transformation of the Port Autonome de Conakry. It confirms that the port has established a quality management system that complies with internationally recognized standards, with the objective of continuously improving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
