GPA PURCHASES TWO NEW REACH STACKER CONTAINER HANDLING MACHINES

The Management of Gambia Ports Authority (GPA) informs the general public, especially its esteemed local and international customers that two new reach stacker container handling machines are purchased and delivered in Banjul today Friday 12th March, 2021.
The new plants cost at £890,000 will significantly complement the existing fleet for improved service delivery in a bid to scale up productivity and efficiency.
Meanwhile the assembly and commissioning of these additional new container handling machines will be done in a jiffy. The date and time will be communicated accordingly.
The development is in line with the GPA Management’s continued resolve to putting the Banjul Port on a competitive edge in Africa.
