The Visit of General Secretary of PMAESA to RMIFC: Strengthening Regional Maritime Cooperation

The Regional Maritime Information Fusion Center (RMIFC) had the privilege of hosting Colonel Andre Ciseau, the General Secretary of the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa (PMAESA), during his official visit on December 14, 2024.
