CPG Bunkering and Maputo Port Development Company launches a new bunkering service in the port of Maputo

This week, CPG Bunkering, in partnership with Maputo Port Development Company, launched a new bunkering service in the port of Maputo. The service is designed to supply Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (VLSFO) and Low Sulfur Marine Gas Oil (LSMGO) by barge.

The agreement, with an initial duration of two years, was signed by both parties on September 19, 2022.

The company chartered the Monjasa Performer to deliver the fuels.

This first successful delivery by Monjasa Perfomer marked the beginning of a new chapter for CPG Bunkering and Maputo Port Development Company, who are working together to make Maputo a reliable and established bunkering location for ship owners and charterers calling at or passing the port.
