CMA CGM overhauls services linking Asia to West & South Africa

CMA CGM, the world leader in maritime transport and logistics, recently announced the redesign of its services for Asia, West Africa and South Africa. The changes will come into effect from the first week of December.

The objective of this redesign is to adapt CMA CGM’s services to the operational capacities of the terminals while offering reliable schedules and efficient connections.

With a strengthened fleet of 14,000 nominal TEU, the WAX service will now be dedicated to Nigeria, Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire. The WAX3 service will continue to serve Togo and Nigeria. Cape Town will be served by the SHAKA transhipment service via Port Louis.
