Four Candidates Prequalified for the Public-Private Partnership for the Takeover, Rehabilitation, Financing, Operation, and Maintenance of Dakar Shipyards
The Société des Infrastructures de Réparation Navale (SIRN), under the supervision of the Ministry of Fisheries, Maritime and Port Infrastructures, has taken a decisive step in the selection process of a private partner.
Prequalification file No. 01/2025 relating to the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for the takeover, rehabilitation, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Dakar shipyards has generated significant interest, with seven applications received. Following the evaluation process, four candidates have been prequalified, in accordance with Article 58 of Decree 2021-1443 implementing Law No. 2021-23 of March 2, 2021, on public-private partnership contracts in Senegal.
