Kribi Containers Terminal launches IES Application for 24/7 online invoicing

Kribi Containers Terminal (KCT), manager of the container terminal of the Port of Kribi, officially announces the commissioning of its Ipaki External Site (IES) electronic application. This new platform allows customers to view, edit and generate their invoices online 24/7.

The deployment of the IES is part of KCT’s strategy to digitize and reduce its carbon footprint, in accordance with the principles of the “Green Terminal” label. By enabling the dematerialized generation of invoices, KCT aspires to minimize its customers’ travel, thus reducing CO2 emissions related to invoice processing operations. This electronic management solution also facilitates and accelerates the processing of customer files, thus improving their overall experience.

Entirely developed by AGL, one of KCT’s reference shareholders, the IES platform offers several advantages to its users, including: essential time savings, by allowing the simultaneous processing of several files; the guarantee of secure online payments; and simplified monitoring of their operations in real time and in complete transparency.

The integration of the IES represents a significant step towards the dematerialization of procedures at the Autonomous Port of Kribi, contributing to the modernization, productivity and efficiency of the terminal.

The IES, coupled with the electronic payment service offered by Kribi Containers Terminal, now allows its customers to benefit from an innovative and comprehensive tool to manage their invoicing operations independently.
