Senegal : The Largest Port of West Africa in Ndayane

Yesterday, Tuesday, December 22, 2020, took place the signing of an agreement of more than 840 million US dollars between DP Word and the State of Senegal for the construction of the first phase of the future port of Ndayane.


This ceremony, which took place in the presence of President Macky Sall, is the first step in the construction of the largest port in West Africa, which will have a draft of -18m and will be able to accommodate the largest ships in the world.

It will also be paired with a special economic zone to make it a real magnet that will attract a large number of investors and thus contribute to the creation of thousands of jobs for the country’s youth.
