Conakry Port Authority, to make effective the H24 operation, the Director General unveils his strategic plan to the involved actors

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the operationalization and functionality of the Port of Conakry 24 hours, the Director General of the Conakry Port Authority, Mr. Mamadou Biro Diallo had a meeting on the new organizational measures facilitating its implementation with all actors involved in the process.

This meeting was attended by :

1. The executive management of the Conakry Port Authority;
2. The executive management of Customs;
3. Conakry Terminal Bollore;
4. Alport Conakry/Albayrak;
5. The executive management of the road police;
6. The executive management of the Road Gendarmerie;
7. The Commander of the Regional Gendarmerie of the city of Conakry;
8. The Port of Conakry transporters’ union.

The Director General of the PAC, took the opportunity of this meeting, to detail his “strategic plan for the implementation of the H24 operation of the Port of Conakry, initiated by the President of the Transition, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, Head of State”, according to a publication on the facebook page of the Port of Conakry.

This plan, says the facebook page, « is a summary of the concerns expressed by the actors to ensure the safety of the cargo even late at night to avoid any risk during the journey between the Port of Conakry and the place of unloading / final destination. » All the actors present assured of their commitment to work actively for the implementation of this strategic plan, very important for the competitiveness of the Port of Conakry.
