EOI – Gambia – Consultancy Services for Technical Audit – Banjul Port 4th Expansion Project

The Government of the Republic of The Gambia has received funding from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to implement the Banjul 4th Port Expansion Project. This project aims to expand the capacity of the Port of Banjul, improve operational efficiency, and enhance trade logistics. The Gambia Ports Authority (GPA) intends to apply a portion of these funds to eligible payments for consultancy services to undertake a technical audit of the project.

The primary objective of this consultancy is to provide an independent and comprehensive assessment of the project’s implementation. The technical audit will identify achievements, challenges, and risks, and offer actionable recommendations to improve the efficiency, relevance, and sustainability of the project.
