Transmission of the Tender Dossier:
On August 19, 2025, SIRN transmitted to the prequalified candidates the invitation letter specifying the modalities allowing them to obtain or consult the tender dossier. This essential step falls within the obligation of the Contracting Authority to ensure transparency, fairness, and competitiveness throughout the procedure.
Preparation and submission of bids:
Prequalified candidates are now invited to examine the tender dossier and prepare their bids according to the specified requirements, particularly regarding local content, in accordance with the PPP Law 2021.
The submission deadline is set for Thursday, October 09, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. GMT.
