Online Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding: Auxilium Worldwide, RCOC and RMIFC join forces

Dr Ian M Ralby, the president of Auxilium, Captain Sam Gontier Director of RCOC and Captain Ralaiarivony Alex Director of RMIFC have proceeded to the online signing of the memorandum of understanding between Auxilium Worldwide, RCOC and RMIFC on December 18th, 2023 at 16.30C in presence of Mr Raj Mohabeer Officer In-Charge at the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) and Mrs Rohini Ralby founder of Auxilium Worldwide. This collaboration aims to provide a framework of cooperation and facilitate collaboration between the Parties within their respective competencies and areas of common interest and to contribute to the improvement and sustainability of safety and security in the Eastern Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean region.
Auxilium Worldwide, an organization dedicated to promoting good governance and sustainable development, has committed to five main objectives. These objectives include supporting good and just governance, promoting sustainable development, enhancing environmental stewardship, aiding in global human security, and serving as an auxiliary to those working for the betterment of humanity.
Indeed, Auxilium Worldwide and the RCOC/ RMIFC, as partners in this initiative, have expressed interest in collaborating on the development of joint proposals for funding opportunities related to regional maritime security and sustainable development in the Eastern Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean region. Also, this cooperation would provide technical assistance and training to each other’s staff and partners, with a focus on building capacity and promoting knowledge transfer related to regional maritime security, maritime law, Ocean Governance and sustainable development.
The collaboration between these organizations marks a step forward in achieving sustainable development goals and promoting global security and prosperity.
