Webinar : “Orange the World: Fund, Respond, Prevent, Collect!”
WOMESA organize a webinar session to mark the UN 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence on Tuesday 15th December 2020 from 14.00hrs to 16.00hrs EAT, under the 2020 global theme: “Orange the World: Fund, Respond, Prevent, Collect!“
The key objectives of the webinar are:
- To keep abreast with the developments occurring at the national, regional, and international level to address the issue of gender-based violence in the maritime sector;
- To enable the local WOMESA chapters to better educate their members on the issue of gender-based violence in the maritime sector to make a difference; and
- To enable all actors to participate effectively in the decision-making process at all levels in eradicating gender-based violence from the maritime industry.
