AGL Gabon strengthens its operational capacity with new equipment
AGL Gabon has recently expanded its fleet of equipment in Haut-Ogooué by acquiring a series of new items. This acquisition includes pick-ups, a self-loader, two trailers and two trucks.
Following the acquisition in 2021 of around twenty additional trailers and 3 axles, this new acquisition supports the company’s progressive development approach, and consolidates its commitment to providing quality services to stimulate the local economy. Worth a total of FCFA 153,000,000 ≈ €233,000, these investments are also aimed at increasing AGL Gabon’s delivery volumes, particularly of water and sugar.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, these new vehicles are designed for transport in difficult conditions, ensuring optimum performance on all types of site. In addition, this acquisition enables the company to consolidate its responsible initiatives by reducing the environmental impact of its operations through a fleet of more energy-efficient equipment.
With this new acquisition, AGL Gabon in Franceville now has 39 trailers, 14 trucks and 2 self-loaders, strengthening its capacity to meet the region’s varied logistics needs.
Patrick GERENTHON, Managing Director of AGL Gabon, said: ” We are convinced that this reinforcement of equipment will consolidate our position in the market and help support our relationships with our customers by offering them high-performance and scalable services. This new equipment will allow us to increase our delivery volumes and offer better responsiveness to our customers.”
